We have an office in San Francisco and are a hybrid company. Team members can work in SF at our office or remotely elsewhere.

About half the team is based in San Francisco. The other half work remotely across the country in cities such as Boston, Seattle, Pittsburgh, Dallas, New York City, and Los Angeles (to name a few!)

We have a strong written documentation culture, leveraging Notion to share ideas and record processes and learnings. We try to do as much as possible asynchronously to move quickly and efficiently.

Outside of that, everything is quite flexible—team members are empowered to work on the schedule that works for them.

We set everyone up with a great space to work, whether it’s in our San Francisco office or in your own home office. We offer a work from home set up, a wellness stipend, and a learning stipend.

It’s important for us to feel connected—we play as a team. We have two yearly offsites for the whole company to come together in person for brainstorming, planning, and team building.
